CHARGED WITH AN ALCOHOL VIOLATION? You may be eligible for a second chance through ADP What is ADP? ADP is a program designed for individuals between the ages of seventeen and twenty who have been charged with an alcohol related offense. Successful completion of ADP avoids the loss of driving privileges, the loss of Pretrial Intervention eligibility, and enables the defendant to have any records of the charge removed from their criminal history.

AEP is a program designed for individuals between the ages of seventeen and twenty who have been charged with an alcohol related offense. Successful completion of AEP avoids the loss of driving privileges, the loss of Pretrial Intervention eligibility, and enables the defendant to have any records of the charge removed from their criminal history. How does AEP work? AEP enrollment is scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month and is held in the Eighth Circuit Solicitor's Office. At enrollment, each defendant will read and sign an AEP Participation Contract. A criminal history check will be conducted and counseling will be scheduled. During the program the defendant will be responsible for attending and completing prescribed classes, mandatory random drug/alcohol screens, and community service work.
What charges are eligible? The following criminal charges are eligible for participation in the AEP:

What are the fees for the program? The defendant will need the three following money orders payable as listed. The expungement fee is optional, but is required should the defendant wish to have their criminal record cleared of the offense. Enrollment fee: $250.00
